Para mejorar mi salud debo comer mas comida sana. Necesito comer mas venduras y fruta. Quiro nadar una vez a la semana. Tengo que ir al gimnasio dos veces a la semana. En mi opinión es importante evitar comida basura. Tengo que dormir siete horas cada noche. Necesito beber leche porque est sana.Quiro comer la salchicha ylas potatas porque es mi comida favorita.
